Terms Of Service
• Purchasing for digital file only.• My own artwork retain full and exclusive rights and I can use it however I like. you may not claim it as your own artwork.
• You can create prints or other merchandise but NOT to sell or for profit.
•You can post my works to other sites as long as the correct credit is given, and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.COMMERCIAL USE• A purchase of Commercial artwork has to be stated and paid extra cost - x3-4 from original price.
• Do not allow anyone/company to claim your artwork as their own.PAYMENT• Full payment before i start working on the commission.
• PayPal USD/EURO only• Do not send payment until I say so.REFUNDS• Refunds are made only if the work is not completed on time or I did not warn about the delay.
• If you cancels the commission before I start your order I will give your payment back
.• If you cancels the commission during progress I do not refund payment.TIME• Depending on the complexity, I set the time of work during the discussion (from 1 week to 2 months).
• Depending on the difficulty/occupancy, I set the time of work during the discussionEDITS AND CHANGES• You can ask if you'd like changes during each step of the commission until it is finished (no more than 2 changes on the sketch and 2 changes on the colour).
