• Purchasing for digital file only.
• My own artwork retain full and exclusive rights and I can use it however I like. you may not claim it as your own artwork.
• You can post my works to other sites as long as the correct credit is given, and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered
•You provides clear and complete requirements and expectations upfront, including reference materials or assets before Work begins.
• Follow the rules provided in my T.O.S.
• If you fail to follow the rules provided I decline your commission.
• If you wish the commission to be private, you must notify me before I start sketching the commission.PAYMENT
• Full payment before i start working on the commission.
• You agrees that they will not issue chargebacks and the refund policy mentioned below will be followed.

• Do not send payment until I say so.COMMERCIAL USE
• A purchase of Commercial artwork has to be stated and paid extra cost - x3-4 from original price.
•All profits made from the use of the commissioned artwork will belong to you, unless agreed otherwise.
•Commercial use is, but not limited to, selling merchandise with the commissioned artwork on it, such as t-shirts, mugs or posters.REFUNDS
• Refunds are made only if the work is not completed on time or I did not warn about the delay.
• If you cancels the commission before I start your order I will give your payment back
• If you cancels the commission during progress I do not refund payment.DEADLINES
• Depending on the difficulty / occupancy, I set the time of work during the discussion
• If no deadline is agreed I will take minimum 2 week to 3 months the complete the commission. The time starts once all payments are made and when the sketch has been approved by you.REVISIONS
•Revisions can only be made during the sketching phase, once the sketching phase is over, there will be no revisions allowed. There will be a maximum amount of two revisions allowed.
• After coloring, only minor revisions are allowed.
• Additional charges for excessive revisions may be required.
• No changes when artwork is complete
• If I personally made a mistake, I'll fix it for free.COPYRIGHT
• You receive non-transferable usage rights to the Work for personal use. NOT commercial use.
• I reserve the right to watermark my work
• I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to reproduce, redistribute or repost as part of my portfolio for usages of self-promotion.COMMUNICATION
